Too much of discrimination between North Indian and South Indian employees. South Indian employees are give more privilege and favor than North Indian as the higher management and higher officials are south indians. Terrible place for North indians and hard to survive. Even though at the time of joining they promise work from home afterwards they force you to work from office and if you refrain from the same, they start discriminating between work from office and work from home employees. Good for starters like interns and freshers. Huge scope for learning prospective. No variable pay in salary. More Directors than Managers. Functional team gets all the appreciation even if the object is completely a custom ABAP object.

Dislikes

HR policies are worst here. Work-life balance not at all available. If you need any kind of help in upskilling, you need to be a relative to managers. Never seen such a Project Delivery heads.
